Shipping Policy

New Zealand

Delivery in New Zealand is free for all orders $100 and over. A $10 charge is applied to all orders under $100. 

Packing and shipping is done Monday-Friday with NZ Post Courier. All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days and the items are normally delivered within New Zealand 1-3 days after you have received notification that your purchase has been shipped. Delivery is Monday-Friday, not including weekends or Public Holidays. If delivery is to a rural address delivery may take a day longer.

You will be sent the tracking link once the order has been sent. We use non-signature deliveries. You can manage your delivery on the CourierPost website (eg specify a location to leave your parcel).

It is possible to have your parcel delivered to a Post Office Box.


International - Please note that we do not ship overseas.
